Would highly recommend! Craig did an amazing job and helped save the day. Very quick to respond and was was very quick and efficient when working even though the repair was a nightmare! Thank you again!

We had an emergency call out late Sunday evening, to our surprise but pleasure the engineer Craig still came at around 11pm. He managed to diagnose the fault but he needed to get us a new C/H pump. Returned on Monday after travelling a fair distance to locate the parts needed. He fitted the new parts, tested and checked all was OK. Brilliant job done by an engineer who actually cared about his work and customer satisfaction. He kept us informed of what was required and that he would stay until the job was done despite it getting late. Totally professional and considerate. Really happy our gas provider uses MC Heating and Plumbing Big thanks to Craig

Would wholeheartedly recommend. I moved into a new house, and needed what I thought was a small repair and boiler service - I ended up needing a full replacement. Craig was super responsive the whole time, kept me informed and the whole process was seamless. Even to my untrained eye - I can tell the work has been carried out to an exceptional standard. Since installation, Craig has helped me navigate using the system via text. Answering my (probably daft) questions quickly and thoroughly. I know I will be using Craig for all future services and any future plumbing issues, and will be recommending his services to everyone going forward too.

Responded again quickly to a request for help. Came on a Sunday morning and quickly sorted out a leak on my toilet cistern. Very knowledgeable and explained clearly the work he had done. Very impressed with service received

Craig was very prompt to respond and worked around our schedule. He was very efficient and went out of his way to find a solution to save us money. Very good value and would definitely have Craig out again
