John and Todd took on our bathroom remodeling, they removed the old bathroom and also our old heating system. They were quick and efficient. Then they fitted us a stunning new bathroom, tiled floor and wall plus a walk in shower and plumbed everything in. John talked through all the options for us at every stage so we knew exactly what we were getting. As you can see the final results look fab.

Excellent gas works by Complete. Had my meter moved from inside to outside and John came and connected it all back up leaving the lounge perfectly neat and tidy with all gas appliances fully checked over. Top quality work - definitely recommended.

We had John and Todd completely renovate our bathroom. I must admit they did a fantastic job of it. Very wife is extremely pleased and I have even shown my work colleagues videos and pictures. I would definitely recommend this company, very professional neat and tidy workmen! Grade A+

Really pleased with my new bathroom. John and Todd were punctual, tidy, skilled and knowledgeable and solved all the hidden horrors in my old bathroom. John gave me great advice during the quote process on what work was needed and how to stick to my budget. They worked all day, every day without taking a break- and finished the job to a high end quality. I???d definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thanks guys!

What can I say - I think the pictures speak for themselves! After weeks of trawling through bathroom fitters and either being let down, or quoted obscene prices, I found - especially as a female looking for a tradesman - John was a breath of fresh air! John, and a member of his workforce Todd, were highly professional and reliable throughout. I needed an urgent turnaround for this project, and John went above and beyond to make it happen! He was able to take my rough plan, and advise on technical issues and aesthetics without being condescending. John is highly skilled and knowledgeable about what you will need. The quote was fairly priced, with no ???hidden??? costs, and he ran to an exact time scale. He was communicative about the whole process, and kept me updated with the work being completed each day. I was particularly impressed with the care John took to clean up after the project. John also took the initiative to fix some other plumbing issues throughout the house, which I had not noticed myself. I was clearly invoiced throughout, with an official receipt following completion of the work. I have already contracted John???s company for further work, which again he has kindly fitted in - as customer care is a priority for his company. Can not recommend highly enough! Many thanks
