Can???t fault Reiss. Responded to my messages in a timely manner. Arrived on time, talked me through the problems he had identified, completed the work. Prompt, polite and respectful of my house. Would highly recommend.

RTC plumber was professional and arrived on the agreed day and time. The kitchen tap was fitted perfectly, and although there was a small leak with the newly installed garden tap, it was promptly resolved once I informed them. Overall, I found their rates to be very reasonable and their customer service excellent. I would happily recommend RTC Plumbing to others.

Reiss & Tony did an AMAZING job refurbishing our bathroom due to previous bad workmanship. They took the floorboards up which were saturated from a leak. Put new boards down, new tiles applied correctly this time. Installed new shower panels and new cubicle. Only took 2 days. They worked like trojans in high heat as well. Made sure we were left with an overnight toilet to use and cleaned up better than I would. Highly recommended. Can't sing their praises enough.

Absolutely awful company. Agreed to do the job after sending me a quote. Put us off twice when they said they would start and agreed for them to start last week. They didn???t call to say they wasn???t coming. I took the day off and they didn???t show and now they won???t return my calls or message me back. Avoid at all costs, Reiss promises the world and fails to deliver. 3 months after they accepted the job I now have to look for someone who more reliable than this joker.

Reiss built a small room in our lean to and installed a toilet. He was brilliant throughout from initial quoting to completion. He took his time to discuss what was required, giving expert advice to support to ensure the finished product was sufficient. He was very easy to communicate with, thoroughly professional and respectful of our property. And he also went the extra mile to fix a loose tap fitting at no extra charge. I couldn???t recommend him and his company more.
