A surveyor visiting my house smelled gas by the meter, so I reported it. A CADENT engineer found no issue with the meter but turned of the gas identifying he detected a leak of gas from my boiler, saying that it just exceeded the limit. I called a number of local independent gas engineers but none were available. When I called Birmingham's Heating and Cooling Ltd, Samuel said he could be there in 3 hours. When he arrived he did a thorough investigation and found that none of the other gas appliances were leaking gas but the boiler did leak gas but it was actually within the limit for an old appliance and so he allowed the gas to be turned back on. He also pointed out that the CO2 alarm did not have a date, so if it was over 7 years old then I should get a new one. All in all I found Samuel friendly and very thorough and I would recommend him.

What a delight to deal with this Company. I had a plumbing problem with the toilet. I contacted Birmingham Heating by WhatsApp and had a very fast reply. Communication was clear and fast. Samuel came first thing the following morning and very quickly sorted the problem. He was very respectful and worked in a tidy and professional manner. Cost was fair and breakdown explained. I've would be very happy to use this company again.

From the very first interaction, Samuel was professional and polite. He was very accommodating and moved things around to fit in a job for me last minute, for which I was very grateful for. I had two vertical radiators installed in one of my properties and his work and attention-to-detail was second-to-none and the price was also very reasonable. Samuel is now my go-to plumber going forwards.

Amazing work. Had a new oven delivered this morning and had to have my old removed and new one fitted in. Samuel was amazing! Fitted oven safely and made sure it was same height as my surface. Really appreciate how fast they fit me in and veryy good price.
