We are very happy with Malc's work and will be recommending him to everyone. He fitted new bath and basin taps (the bath taps were causing a minor leak), and advised us on a minor leak issue around the bath seal which we have since fixed. We'll definitely be using Malc's services again. Many thanks!

Malcolm was brilliant from start to finish. He was quick to respond, got everything sorted really efficiently, and was professional throughout. He made the whole process easy and hassle-free, and nothing seemed too much trouble. I???d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and helpful. Thanks again, Malcolm you have been such a help at the nursery and we will 100% be calling you again!

Malc arrived on time, was very pleasant and took real care in his work. He removed one radiator and capped off the pipes, mounted another radiator using existing pipework (though from the other side of a stud wall). He minimised the disruption to the decor through clever thinking and finally replaced a heated towel rack. He cleaned up after himself and even used puppy pads to absorb any liquid that spilt out of his catch tubs. Will definitely use again when I next need a plumber.

I cannot recommend Malcolm highly enough. We had an ongoing drainage and plumbing issue that had become extremely frustrating to resolve, and Malcolm was the first engineer to properly investigate the problem and identify the root cause. His knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. What impressed me most was his reliability and commitment. Malcolm attended on three separate occasions, often at very short notice and always on the same day when we needed urgent assistance. He took the time to explain his findings clearly, provided evidence to support his recommendations, and gave us confidence that we were finally moving in the right direction. His diagnosis ultimately led to the original installer acknowledging the fault and agreeing to carry out the necessary remedial works. Without Malcolm's expertise and persistence, we could easily have ended up spending thousands of pounds unnecessarily or continuing to deal with the issue for much longer. Professional, honest, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to use Malcolm again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing engineer.

Malcolm reassured me about the leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. He got the right new parts and fixed it perfectly. It now looks much more secure and professionally done. Thank you so much ??? I???ll definitely keep your contact for any future work.
