I rang Andrew to help me with my boiler. I had just come out of surgery and when I went home my boiler was not working properly. So, I rang "Manor Vale Plumbing and heating services". Andrew was calm, kind, caring and efficient. He talked ne through what I needed to do on the phone and he was professional and caring. I will be booking work again with Andrew in future. Thank you.

Excellent service from Manor Vale. Andrew even offered advice on how I could attempt to fix the issue myself before his attendance. I'd highly recommend this company as a trustworthy heating engineer/plumber.

After being messed about, I phone Manor Vale to get a quote. After still not hearing from the original person I had in mind I called to book in. The communication has been incredible. He???s gone above and beyond today, including wiring my cooker into the wall saves me loosing another plug. He???s diagnosed an issue I???ve been having, and we???re lining up another job. Couldn???t recommend him enough.

We had a worrying leak from our gas boiler and were concerned about safety. Andrew arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue straight away, and explained clearly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reliable - we felt in very safe hands. Very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service. Andrew is first class. Very knowledgeable, takes his time to explain everything. Works to a very high standard, is very friendly, tidy and a pleasure to have in the house.
