Massive thanks to the vehicle locksmith who came out to help me when I locked my keys in my car. It was dark, freezing cold, and definitely not an easy job, but he stuck with it for over three hours trying everything possible to get the car open and locate the keys. He never rushed or gave up, and stayed patient and professional the whole time despite the conditions. It really showed how dedicated he was to helping rather than just doing a quick job and leaving. Genuinely appreciate the effort and perseverance — great service when I really needed it. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who finds themselves stuck with locked-in keys.

Owen came to my rescue when the lock broke on my front door and I was unable to close the door. He came out when he said he would, assessed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and came and fitted a complete new lock. He was very pleasant to deal with and made a really good job of my door. I would certainly recommend him as I found him to be very professional. His number is now in my contacts in case I should need him in the future and I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends.
