Katie and Julian were great, Katie managed to get a new lock replacement scheduled in for the same day and Julian when attending was friendly, and courteous! I would recommend and if needed, I would use their services again. Thanks for help!

I was seen on the day of my phone call. Julian was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was the problem and sorted it out efficiently and without any fuss. My experience of locksmiths has not always been positive and I thank Julian for restoring my faith! I recommend him and Veteran Locksmiths without hesitation.

Veteran Locksmiths helped me to fit a sashlock and codelock to my door. The locksmith was super efficient and gave me lots of advice before going ahead. Charged a very reasonable price and I'm super pleased with how it looks and the added security has made me feel much safer at home. Thank you so much!

Absolutely brilliant service from Julian. Answered phone promptly, arrived within half an hour and changed lock in 5 mins. Was all as per quote. Also very pleasant guy. Would highly recommend.

Great experience. Front door lock had given up, and I was locked out. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great care, no clean-up needed or damage. Really good value too. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly as for their help again.
