When it comes to arriving and getting the job done, Brandon is swift. Great pricing, Honest man, which isn’t common in the trade. Locked my car keys in the car, and he got the job done without hassle. Even made an offer for a spare key, works and feels better than factory. anything else goes wrong defo coming back here!

Brandon was absolutely terrific, he arrived in no time after I called. The two jobs were not straight forward, two older Shoguns both of which both needed second keys and some reprogramming. Despite encountering a number of unforeseen complications he would not be beaten and persevered well into a pretty cold, dark, pretty unpleasant February evening. When I offered him additional money because of the time it had taken he refused and stuck with the price he'd originally quoted me. Absolutely first class, old school, diligent, polite customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Brandon was an absolute star. He took the time to give me some free advice over the phone, which worked perfectly and saved me what others may have charged (a £200 call-out fee for a five-minute fix). He was polite and articulate in explaining what to do and gave me straightforward and genuinely helpful guidance. It’s rare to come across that level of honesty and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Called Brandon out to supply a new key for my Toyota as I only had one and don’t have the remote buttons for my central locking… He turned up on time with nice clean tidy workspace in his van and he was very knowledgeable. We had a very small issue with the way the key felt “I was happy” but he was determined to get it spot on a took the time to figure out the issue rather than just leaving the job. I highly recommend his services and he is a really nice guy too. I now have remote central locking and a key that works perfectly. Thank you very much fora great job.
