Chris was brilliant at fixing my patio door that wouldn’t shut. He explained everything to me and was quick and efficient. He also realised my front door had dropped a bit and fixed that too. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

Chris came out and sorted our stuck UPVC back door for us in a Saturday at short notice, he didn’t find fault with our old parts so advised he could put them back in if we wanted or he could replace with a new gearbox. Putting our old gearbox back would have been cheaper but the professional manner with which he explained things meant I trusted the opinion of him and I went with a full gearbox replacement. Yeah it was more money, but for the peace of mind that a professional experienced trader had properly assessed and sorted the problem it was a small price to pay. Thanks again for helping us out)

Locked out of house. Chris came round as soon as he could and with his contraption (through the letterbox) flipped the door handle, door opened. Took about 5 seconds. Chris was a really nice guy no complaints. Except £85? when I was self employed I had to work nearly a hole day to earn a little over that. Other than that we were pleased.

Professional and reliable service from Hogs Back Security Ltd after a house purchase, changing the locks on the day of completion to give immediate peace of mind. They also offered genuinely useful advice on improving overall security, which was appreciated. Would definitely use again.

Chris was superb, came on short notice, charged a reasonable price (our locks alignment was off), offered advice without bias or expectations and included services in his service that other locksmiths would have charged for. He went above and beyond in solving our unique problem (of removing a smart lock) in a way that some others locksmiths weren’t willing to do, saved me getting a new smart lock as we move house! Would defo use again.
