Great service and support from the team. They fitted a new locking mechanism that had broken last year, we were having a few issues recently and they came out and fixed it under the warranty. Phil was fantastic, very knowledgeable and wasn't happy to leave it until it was working 100%.

Excellent service. Arrived within 15 minutes of call and we were back in our house in seconds. Thank you so much.

Phil was amazing, thorough and professional. He even managed to fix a pre-existing issue with the lock. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful. After R&A Sandhurst were unhelpful to sort broken door mechanism for door they supplied Dave provided replacement part same day.

This guy was absolutely brilliant and gave me Top service. I rang him about four times just asking for advice as the handle on my front door have broken. He told me he could honestly supply me with a new handle however it would cost £60 and I could get a cheaper elsewhere recommend and recommended where I could find it. Unfortunately, well, I fought, unfortunately, I was unable to find the handle I called this legend back and said can I come to him to pick up a handle? He said yes no problem. I arrived at his home address with my broken handle. And showed him what was wrong with it he said you only need this one bit and unbelievably supplied the bit. I needed to me free of charge. This proves there are some top people and true legends still out there and this gentleman was one of those. I would not hesitate to recommend or use him again in the future. His number is saved in my phone under legendary locksmith. Thanks again.
