Max has just completed redecorating our lounge. It was a big and complex project as he spray painted a display cabinet which we had built. It had some small cubby holes which were a real challenge for Max but he would only accept perfection and worked on it for additional time until he was completed happy with the result. The unit and entire room looks absolutely stunning. Max’s attention to detail was incredible and even my husband, who has very high standards, was so pleased with the result. Throughout the job, Max was meticulously tidy and kept us informed. He was a pleasure to have around and we trusted him 100%. Although we had to wait a few months for Max to start the work, it was definitely worth waiting for and we will be using him for all our decorating moving forward. Thanks so much Max!

“I couldn’t be happier with the work! From start to finish, the service was professional, reliable, and high-quality. The attention to detail was incredible—every edge is clean, and the finish is flawless. Max arrived on time every day, kept everything tidy, and made sure to protect furniture and flooring. What really stood out was their care in preparation—it’s clear they take pride in doing the job properly, not just quickly. Communication was excellent throughout, and they even offered helpful suggestions on colours and finishes that made a big difference to the final result. The transformation is amazing—my home looks completely refreshed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy painter and decorator

I can highly recommend Max’s work. He delivers an exceptionally high standard of decorating while prioritising the use of low VOC paints, which creates a healthier indoor environment without compromising on finish or durability. His attention to detail is evident throughout the process and he is committed to ensuring the final result is completed to perfection. What stood out was how collaborative he is: Max takes the time to explain techniques and options of repair and paints which allowed me to feel very confident in the process. He works efficiently while maintaining precision, with his professionalism consistent throughout. He is punctual, respectful of your space, and always courteous, even checking before moving between rooms while working. Reliability, clear communication & craftsmanship of this quality are increasingly rare in the trades so very pleased to have found Max!

MS Decorating transformed our awful walls and ceilings with spray plaster into a flawless, high‑end finish we couldn’t have achieved with traditional plastering in the same space of time. They also painted walls, ceilings, and sprayed woodwork to a premium standard. Communication was excellent throughout. Being always kept in the loop and our questions answered helped being total novices. The renovations were expensive, but the exceptional quality and attention to detail made it worth every penny.

Fabulous quality of workmanship, extremely reliable, friendly and trustworthy. I can highly recommend MS Decorating. They did a lot of remedial work on our new build and got it up to a much higher standard which we were delighted with.
