I had an unfortunate encounter with one of the gardeners here who was rude. Women will understand the feeling of a man being condescending and talking down to you as if you are inferior. Do better. As I can't reply to your reply I will edit my initial review. I am appalled at your reply, taking 0 accountability. I have CCTV with audio of the incident. You were working on a neighbour's property in Chobham cutting down hedges. You took no care when cutting down large branches will ended up on my property (narrowly missing my cars). I asked politely if you wouldn't mind coming round to clear them up and was given a rude response by one of your gardeners who initially refused saying it's not his problem. EDIT: My review reflects my honest experience with your business. Under UK law (Defamation Act 2013), consumers are entitled to share truthful experiences and genuinely held opinions. Your response is inappropriate and contains several incorrect legal claims (The word subpoena is mostly used in the US and is not a legal term recognised in the UK.) Threatening legal action without grounds can even fall under aggressive commercial practices, which are prohibited under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. These regulations prohibit businesses from using aggressive commercial practices, including threats, to silence or pressure consumers. My review reflects my honest personal experience, which I am entitled to share under UK law. I will not engage with threats or intimidation. I do not live in Sheerwater, I await a letter from your solicitor.

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing work done by On Top Landscaping! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. They recently completed a 150sqm porcelain paving installation in my garden, and the results are absolutely stunning. The quality of the workmanship and the precision in every cut and joint truly make the space look high-end and beautifully finished. The transformation is unbelievable, my outdoor area now looks elegant, modern, and perfect for entertaining. I was especially impressed with how clean and organized the crew was throughout the entire project. On Top Landscaping went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly and on time. If you’re looking for expert landscaping and paving services, I highly recommend On Top Landscaping. They deliver top-quality results, great communication, and real pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!

Cristian and his team fixed some drainage issues in our garden, then extended and retiled our patio - it looks amazing! When we were looking for quotes he came out promptly and gave us a good quote while here, some other local companies took weeks to come out and send quotes. He gave us good advice, his team worked quickly and neatly. You could see they were proud of their work. We will definitely use them again. I've added before and after photos.

The gardening team are very hardworking and I am very pleased with the work so far. Also, as I am a keen gardener myself, they are indulgent of me working along side them! The garden is always left tidy as they take the rubbish away for me.

These guys did an incredible job clearing an entire garden bed full of all sorts of weeds and in less than 3 hours! Saved us so much stress and time and looks amazing! Super happy! They were also on time even a few minutes early and ready to go and cleared of any messes as well. Will definitely be booking again!
