Duncan transformed an awkward and unattractive bedroom corner into a beautifully designed, practical storage space. His workmanship was truly exceptional — precise, professional, and clearly backed by experience. He was punctual, extremely tidy, and always respectful of the space. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From the initial consultation and detailed CAD drawings to the final touches, Duncan’s attention to detail, thoughtful planning, and use of high-quality materials were second to none. Every stage of the project was carried out with care and pride in the work. I can’t recommend Duncan highly enough and genuinely look forward to working with him again in the future.

Duncan has done a few jobs for us now. He is very professional and his work is done to the highest standard. He has great communication from the point of contact all the way through until the job was completed. We are extremely pleased with all the work Duncan has done for us and would highly recommend him.

Duncan has been involved in helping us upgrade our last two properties. He’s completed various projects from replacing all our internal door frames and doors to building a custom wardrobe for our daughter and refurbishing our current staircase. Everything is done to a meticulous, high standard. We personally appreciated that he’s able to adapt projects when budgets are tight (took out the backing on a wardrobe to help us keep to budget) and at the same time really transparent about the budget - it’s never changed at the end of the project. The added bonus is he’ll leave your house cleaner than he found it, every night :) not just at the end, which I’ve yet to see from other trades!

Duncan created custom cupboards (including a wine rack) and adjustable shelving units to fit our under-stairs space. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product - it suits the space perfectly. It was a pleasure to work with Duncan. He was keen to understand exactly what we wanted and discussed options. He kept us informed and delivered on time, taking pride in ensuring quality and a great service.

Duncan is brilliant! His quality of work is first class. He talked through the designs with us carefully to make sure that we ended up with exactly what we wanted and offered suggestions and solutions that we had not thought of ourselves too, which was a huge bonus. The finished product is extremely professional. I would not hesitate in recommending him - an excellently skilled craftsman and very nice person to work with.
