Crondall Builders are excellent to work with and Mark Sherman is knowledgeable and is always willing to talk through the work in hand. Dave, their carpenter, is skilled and able to cope with any changes that inevitably occur on the job. Mark is well supported by Fran in the office.

Mark and Ryan's team did an excellent job on our first floor extension accommodating tight time deadlines and a rather vague specification. They are friendly and flexible, knowledgeable and skillfull builders who we would happily recommend.

We’ve used Crondall Builders twice now — first for a front extension with new en‑suites, and a kitchen and utility remodel — and both experiences have been fantastic. Their pricing is fair and transparent, which makes planning so much easier. What really stands out is how easy they are to work with. They’re approachable, open to ideas, and incredibly flexible when you need to tweak things along the way. That combination of professionalism and adaptability takes so much stress out of a build. We’ve been genuinely impressed each time, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have recently had a downstairs shower room and toilet installed by Crondall Builders… they were a delight to work with. Every team they brought in from electricians, tilers, plumbers were a delight to have in our home. Communication was great and the quality of the work and the finish was everything we hoped for. We’d thoroughly recommend using them. This is the second time they have done work for us as they had previously built out family room extension 20 years ago which we still love. Thankyou to Mark, Fran, Ryan and the whole team at Crondall Builders

We used Crondall Builders for our two-storey house extension in 2024/25, and I cannot recommend Mark and the team highly enough. They worked with us to deliver our dream home, to a high standard, great finish and to the agreed price and programme, despite us remaining in the property for the duration of the works. We were highly appreciative of their ability to work with us to ensure that we achieved the right outcomes with any modifications that were needed. We would thoroughly recommend Crondall Builders and we are delighted with the finished product.
