TN Design and Build patiently understood our vague ideas for our ground floor extension. They translated these ideas into practical and thoughtful designs with their in-house architect. Their zero-pressure approach has made the process thus far painless, and we look forward to progressing works forward in due course. Highly recommend reaching out to the team on the TN Design and Build.

We are just over halfway through our ground floor extension in Cobham with TN Design & build. The whole process has gone like a dream and it is amazing to see the project take shape before our eyes. We are ahead of schedule, the quality of workmanship is incredible not a single corner has been cut, the team are here every morning at 7.30 on the dot and work diligently and politely through to the end. The foreman Ollie is simply world class. I have never seen such a professional and efficient set of builders ever. Electricians, plumbers, carpenters, each person is top of their trade, never letting anything go unless absolutely perfect. I can't fault a thing and fully recommend Tom Nicholls and his team.

Tom and his team were honestly brilliant from start to finish and their attention to detail really shows. They were very easy to deal with and nothing was ever too much trouble. Any questions we had were always answered straight away and the work was finished on time and has completely transformed our home into a great social space. After living with it for six weeks now, we absolutely love it & wouldn’t change anything. All the tradesmen were polite and genuinely lovely to have in our home. So glad we chose Tom and his team and would 100% recommend them.

I employed TN to carry out significant extension work at my property in Surrey. Between Tom, Darren and Chris the project was managed superbly. Each trade performed impecably, with great communication. We completed on time and within budget. Couldn’t ask for more!

Tom and the team built a single storey extension with a full refurbishment of my property in Weybridge. I was impressed with these guys from start to finish. Very clear and transparent from the initial meeting, which is unusual for many building companies. The quote was extremely detailed which I liked and the attention to detail was equal to my own. We used their in-house design service to get exactly what we wanted. It was good to have someone there with experience who could tell us what was achievable and what wasn't, with the space we had available. Highly recommended. A+
