Mark and his team were amazing throughout the project. Mark is responsive and involved and wants to ensure the project is completed as per the customer's wishes. The project finished on budget and any additional costs were discussed up front during project to ensure there was sign off before proceeding. His teams attention to detail and expertise when installing our kitchen has made our new kitchen space a wonderful addition to the house. I would highly recommend M J Welford Construction for any residential project they may be considering.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic experience working with Mark and his team. Their attention to detail and commitment to great service really stood out. Nothing was ever too much trouble — even when we made changes along the way, they took it all in their stride and made sure everything turned out perfectly. We’re absolutely thrilled with the end result and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We recently had our house extended by M J Welford Constructions and we are very happy with the results! Mark and his team were reliable, trustworthy and available to make any adjustments as we went along. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for builders.

Mark and his team built a wrap around single story extension at my house. The work was performed to a very high level, the staff were always friendly and accommodating and I’m still delighted with the results! Mark project managed the work, arranging carpenters, electricians, plumbers etc and it worked seamlessly!

Mark and his team completed a lot of work on my new house turning it into a wonderful home. I asked for the wall to be knocked down between the kitchen and dining room, a fire door into the garage and underfloor heating throughout. As well as the odd jobs I started finding as I gutted out the house. The work done was absolutely fantastic. Lots of issues arose with bad plumbing from the previous owners, a floating floor making it hard for the underfloor heating but they overcome this without issue. The work was finished to a very high standard and it was kept relatively tidy to my surprise ☺️ Dean was an absolute legend and seems to be able to do everything. The electricians and plumbers were all professional friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very competitive too and work was only slightly longer than anticipated
