Luke and the team are hard working, reasonably priced and reliable. They are easy to work with, providing pictures and progress updates, and readily available to discuss the job in hand. They have done a few different jobs for us including groundwork, brick wall rebuilds, plumbing and so forth. I use them regularly and will continue to do so.

We recently had a garden house/garden room built by Skill Build Surrey and we couldn't be happier with the result. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The workmanship is of an exceptionally high standard, with great attention to detail throughout the build. The team was reliable, punctual, and they worked hard to ensure everything was completed on schedule while maintaining excellent quality. Not only did the finished garden room exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully constructed, well insulated, and has transformed our outdoor space into a practical and attractive extension of our home. The purpose of this build was so we could stay in there whilst Skill Build transformed our bungalow into a stunning five-bedroom family home. From the planning stages through to completion, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. What was once a modest bungalow has been beautifully redesigned and extended into a spacious, modern home that perfectly meets our family's needs. The team kept us informed at every stage, offered practical solutions when needed, and ensured the work progressed smoothly and efficiently. We would have no hesitation in recommending Skill Build Surrey to anyone considering a house extention, renovation or garden house. Thank you for delivering such a fantastic space, we will enjoy our family home for many years to come.

We recently used Skill Build Surrey Limited for our extension project and couldn’t be happier with the service and finished result. From the outset, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The project was delivered on time, communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt fully informed about progress and next steps. A particular standout was that the owner, Luke, was consistently on site, overseeing the works and ensuring everything ran smoothly. His attention to detail, reliability and commitment to the project gave us real confidence throughout the build. The whole team were a pleasure to have around – friendly, hardworking, respectful and always willing to answer questions or keep us updated on what was happening. They maintained a professional approach at all times and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. Not only does Skill Build Surrey Limited deliver high-quality work, but they’re also genuinely great people to deal with. We recently had a side extension built by Luke and his team, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, respectful, and easy to work with. The project was completed on time, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Luke's knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process—he offered excellent advice and thoughtful recommendations, which really helped us make the best decisions for our home. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the finished product. We’ve already received many compliments from our neighbours about the standard of the work, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luke to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality building services. A top-notch builder all around!
