Professional service from start to finish. We had a full garage conversion and are really pleased with the results. Lance was able to answer any questions we had and provided an excellent service. Highly recommend.

Lance was great, from start to finish. Throughout the job, I felt that Lance was honest and sticking to his word. He uncovered a few issues along the way in my Victorian terrace (to be expected in older buildings) and swiftly solved them, still managing to keep to time. I love my new kitchen and would be very happy to recommend him to anyone.

We recently had a downstairs shower room (conversion from a garage) and modernisation of our main bathroom carried out by LA Building which we are both really pleased with. Both Lance and Graham were professional, on time, tidy and prompt when communicating with us. Both bathrooms were completed to a very high standard and with good attention to detail. I would happily recommend LA Building to family or friends.

Our kitchen/breakfast room renovation included removing two walls and enlarging the back window. Lance and Graham were hard-working and very skilled in their work. They were easy to get along with and we felt able to discuss the project as it progressed. They were willing to go the extra mile when necessary and produced a high standard of workmanship. We are delighted with the result and wouldn't hesitate to have them back in the future.

LA Building & Construction Ltd have just completed the building phase of converting my garage conversion into a media room. Once they started work the team were easy to get along, and it has been an absolute pleasure having them work on my house. They are so helpful and knowledgeable, and worked well with our media contractor. The work was completed to a high standard, and I am very happy with the end result! From our first meeting, Lance was professional, reliable, and responsive. I agree with a previous reviewer, that Lance and his team make sure happy customers is their priority. I would not hesitate to recommend LA Building & Construction Ltd.
