I would highly recommend Jake and his team for your next project, we are delighted with the result. They built a side return ground floor extension at our semi-detached town house, transforming our dining room and galley kitchen into one large room. Our garden was also completely renovated at the same time including astro grass and paving. Jake, Perry and James worked tirelessly to keep to schedule over 3 months, and were always available for unexpected extra jobs. They are a lovely and polite team who we enjoyed getting to know - this is important as you will see each other a lot. We had a hard deadline and it was met. Thank you!

Jake and his team helped turned out 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat. We are so happy with the work. We love our new living room extension. We added on the garden design during the build, which Jake was happy to accommodate, and this turned out wonderfully. There are many more pictures that I could post. Jake had been recommended to us by our architect, who had already seen the quality of his work and knew he was reasonably priced. Every stage was signed off with Building Control first time. I want to give a big thank you to Jake and his team!

L B Builders remodelled and built a rear extension to our property, involving removal of internal walls, installation of steelwork, raising of floor levels, kitchen installation and external works. We were really impressed with Jake and his team's approach, dedication and the quality of the workmanship and finish. We would have no hesitation in recommending L B Builders and will be using them again in the next few months for some additional works.

Jake and his team carried out a full refurb of our bungalow. This included - Taking down structural walls, erecting large steels to create a new open plan kitchen, utility, bathroom, and work to 2 bedrooms. When you take on a project of any scale, you want someone you can rely on. Jake and his team are those guys - His communication is first class, he kept us informed constantly as to what was going on, and how we would like everything to work. Furthermore, we felt we could talk to him at any time without feeling a nuisance. Projects can be stressful but its worth noting Jake was amazingly calm and measured at all points. If there was ever a minor hiccup, Jake dealt with it all with great responsibility. We are absolutely over the moon with the finished article, and the quality is superb! The project management was also impressive and, we had multiple trades (all very good) working at the same time, and the project was completed on schedule as a result!
