We used Geros Building Contractor to have our loft converted into a bedroom with ensuite. From the second we met the main contractor, Dan, we were impressed by his professionalism and honesty. His team and his contacts were all so reliable and friendly, that we were truly sad for them to leave upon completion. Geros went above and beyond when they offered to, and fulfilled, extra renovations around the house - all within the original agreed budget (which didn't include these renovations!!). The final product is excellent, and my family are in love with our shiny new home. Thank you Dan, Dani, Nicu, Cristian, and all others who took part. You will forever be remembered as wonderful, talented workers - and we shall forever recommend you to the world.

We recently had our loft conversion done through Geros. Dan and his team worked really hard and did an amazing job. We are very happy with the loft and really recommend this company. We did not have a single day where no one was on-site or people missing. We are very pleased and would definitely go for them again for any future work.

Dan Paraoaru and Geros Contractors are absolutely world class. They are extremely professional, timely, communicate brilliantly and managed us fantastically through out the 3 months of the works. Dan is great at keeping relationships with our neighbours, is great at explaining the options, doesn’t hesitate to say no when we ask for impossible things and in general is a true professional. I would highly recommend Geros, I absolutely am in love with my home and so has every visitor to our home. Thanks Dan, Danny and Nico for all your hard work and for helping us achieve the house of our dreams Best of luck Chaitanya

It is amazing how I discovered Dan (Geros)out of the hundreds of the contractors in the Ashford/Staines area.Initially,I had about 5 contractors to choose from for a loft conversion and home refurbishment .I went straight for Dan when their photos popped up. 1.because he was very good looking 😅😅😅2.Appeared professional 3. Very confident. The testimonial was very impressive! but hey how do you know that you are truly choosing the best contractor for your building project? I followed my guts and gave Dan a call. He answered straight away and came to see me the same day ahead of time. He was very informative and was willing to apply for the planning permission on my behalf. Although this was a long process, it didn't put him off. I could go on and on. We were amazed when they started the project. The team was very professional and their work was outstanding!!! Their work ethics is second to none. I felt valued as my interest was always placed first. They blew us away with the transformation of our house. They surely gave us the hotel experience. There is no need for a holiday 😁😍😍😍. The team could not have done without Elena and Anna. Once again THANK YOU TEAM GEROS you are a treasure!!!!!

Dan and his team were great to deal with, extremely professional and very clean and tidy! Dan always happy to answer questions about the install of my Howdens kitchen and personally came at 7am to double check something when i had a query. Would highly recommend.
