We have been working with Concept Two Homes on a number of Custom build sites across the South East. They are a very forward thinking and progressive company building bespoke, award winning homes for clients throughout the Home Counties. We have always found the team to be friendly, approachable and transparent and we are looking forward to a continued working relationship. Calum - Aston Mead Land

Selling off part of your garden can be a daunting prospect especially when you plan to remain in your home whilst the new property is built. We were introduced to Concept 2 by our land agent and from the first meeting we felt that they were a company we could trust. We faced a number of challenges along the way but it always felt like we were in it together as partners. With the build during lockdown we feared the noise would make working from home a real challenge but the team at Concept 2 made a real effort to keep disruption to a minimum and took full responsibility for handling any neighbourhood concerns. We would recommend Concept 2 without hesitation to anyone considering a Custom Build land sale

A Custom home build for many people is a dream and by partnering with Concept Two our dream became a reality. They had already secured the plot and planning permission and working closely with both the architect and Concept Two we were able to make changes to the internal layout to suit our family without any delays to the build. By using Concept Two as the main build contractor we also had the comfort of knowing that they were there to guide us through the seemingly infinite number of decisions that had to be made, to manage the trades on our behalf and help to resolve problems and issues that inevitably arose from building a house during a global pandemic. The Concept Two team had the same attention to detail as us and along with the quality of the trades and materials used we now have our forever home that is to the high specification and finish that we dreamt of.

Concept Two designed and constructed our dream house for us, on time and on budget. The build process was professionally managed with incredible attention to detail, quality and value. The finished house is simply stunning and we could not be more delighted with it.

We had been searching for our ideal home for our growing family for some time, looking at both new and re-sale homes. Then we came across the custom build option with Concept2 which gave us all the advantages of self-build without the downsides. Concept2 proved to be an excellent partner. We were reassured that an expert team were working with us in a collaborative effort to build our dream home.
