We had a garage conversion completed by 321 and it is amazing! All work completed within 3 weeks to a high standard. All workmen were professional and worked hard to complete the project. Communication was excellent and we would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for our fantastic garage conversion.

Brilliant people, service and team! Jan & Steve from 321 Developments Ltd completed the transformation of our old garage to a liveable bar area- and we LOVE IT! The team have been absolutely fantastic, everyday they were organised, prompt and cleared up every evening. I miss the morning cups of teas with them! Jan & Steve oversaw the whole project and would regularly pop in to check the progress and keep us updated about next steps and deliveries to expect (Jan had a great spreadsheet which kept a clear track on plans & costs). Following the success of the main project we asked the team for support with other jobs inside the house which have been finished to a brilliant standard. Thanks to 321 Developments I can officially say "THE HOUSE IS FINISHED"! We will certainly recommend the team to family & friends! Thank you all again, Lauren & Josh Xx

321 did our garage conversion and we couldn't be happier. The team is friendly, professional, punctual and tidy, and they offered us sound advice upfront and at every step. Also completed far quicker than others who quoted us predicted. Highly recommended!
