I am extremely disappointed with Archwell Roofing Ltd in Forest Hill. We hired them for a roof installation, and the experience was very stressful. Blake, the team leader, assured us the work would be completed professionally, but we encountered numerous problems throughout the project. Our family invested over £25,000, which was a huge amount of money for us, yet we did not receive the level of service we expected. Communication was poor, deadlines were missed, and we were left feeling ignored when we raised concerns. I would not recommend this company based on my experience..

Had an unexpected leak and was recommended by a friend to use this company. I could not fault the service, Blake was attending within hours and everything was sorted. Highly recommended as the pricing is also very competitive! Thank you, i would not hesitate to call Blake again.

Rip and replace of a leaking flat roof over the kitchen. Took a week only due to the inclement weather but the crew cracked on when they could and did an outstanding job - the new roof completely installed with new farings, coping stones, new guttering etc, all the rubbish from the old roof romoved (a small mountain!) and incidental damage (cosmetics) made good. Really decent outfit delivering an outstanding (and guaranteed for 25 years) service! thank you very much!

Blake and his team were friendly and professional throughout. Blake gave us a few options for solutions to our leaking roof. We decided to go with a completely new roof, and didn’t feel pushed into it or up-sold unlike some other companies we received quotes from. The team were quick and efficient and did a great job tidying up after themselves too. I would wholeheartedly recommend Archwell Roofing for quality, price and reliability.

Extremely happy with my experience dealing with Archwell Roofing and with their efficiency and professionalism in carrying out the work. They replaced the dripboards that run into the guttering which had been very poorly installed previously and was causing leakages. Blake was always helpful and informative. The assessment and work was carried out by John and dealt with promptly from start to finish. Very pleased all round and would definitely use again/recommend them if needed.
