i could not recommend this company enough. jack quickly came out and gave a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work quickly by swapping some things around. very very happy with the service. definitely would use again and recommend to everyone i know.

Resolve Roofing fixed both our chimneys: one needed to be replaced and the other required a simpler repair. The quality of the work was excellent. In addition they arranged for power cables to be sheathed for the safety of the scaffolders, and for the scaffolding to stay up as long as we needed it for other (TV aerial-related) work. Their communication with us was excellent - they were always available and responded quickly to all our questions. We would heartily recommend this company.

Fantastic service and call out time. We needed an emergency fix due to the rain and somebody was with us within the hour. The service was very quick and personable too. Better than multiple other companies that we tried and half the price. I would very much recommend this company.

Terrible experience. Started out ok with a quick response to my enquiry. After initial look at the corner of my house I agreed to have complete roof redone with new tiles. These guys were clambering about on the roof with only an access platform on one side and proceeded to throw the old tiles from the roof top and didnt clean up after themselves. As my house roof is a terrace it meant disturbing the neighbours roofline as well. These amateurs for some weird reason felt the need to fit a bonded gutter to separate the two properties. This was because they had installed the tiles starting from the outer edge rather than the centre line of the two properties. The tiles used matched the profile of the originals so there was no need to do this. They clearly didnt have a clue how to fit a bonding gutter and when I queried this they seemed to then rush off and vanish into thin air. Emailing got no response and clearly the 10 year guarantee wouldnt even last a year. Had to get a reputable roofer in who found not only was the bonding gutter of an incorrect type but was not required. The tiles adjoining it were simply laid on and not secured at all. I approached the federation of roofers who were useless and did nothing. The building inspectors from the council wouldn't sign it off until rectified. Ended up costing £2500 extra to rectify this companies bodge job. Please dont use them. Look at the picture, what a mess!

I had an excellent quotation, from Resolve roofing Ltd, they did a great job, were on time and on budget, no mess, and no fuss. Straight to the point. I would highly recommend them, hardworking and well mannered.
