Excellent response time from my original enquiry to sending someone out to do a quote. Lauren was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the whole process and kept me informed even when there was a delay with the window supply from Velux (through no fault of their own). Luke and the rest of the installation team did a fantastic job - would highly recommend!

Windsor Roofing Specialist installed new velux sun tunnel for us. We are very happy with the results. Luke and his team were very efficient and worked to a high standard. We definitely would recommend them and use them again in future!

We have just completed an excellent experience with Windsor Roofing. Outstanding customer service and a very speedy roof repair together with some much needed maintenance. Their team was nothing short of exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend Windsor Roofing Specialists to anyone in need of roofing work.

The guys were very nice and polite, their work was clean and tidy, and the replacement flat roof looks great. Considerate to our neighbour who had to give them access. Would recommend.

Luke and his team installed a Velux window on my garage roof. The service was excellent from start to end: they came around to look at the garage and advise about the service, gave me a competitive quote, answered questions promptly, and managed to come around to install the window earlier than expected. On the installation day, Luke convinced me not install the dry ridge system I had also ordered when he could have easily done the job and collected the extra payment (it would not have improved ventilation as I had imagined). Luke had been recommended by another trader, so I trusted him implicitly, but he and his team exceeded all expectations. I have no problem recommending them for roofing services and will certainly go back to them in the future.
