The team arrived promptly at 07:45am and put in a long shift. They were tidy and I’d not have known they were here! We have a flat roof and it’s very old, we wanted it replaced. Very happy with the end result. They removed the old roof covering and fully replaced it with new felt and edging. Jack explained everything and checked I was happy. No hard sell. They were back the following day to finish up and remove the debris. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Jack and the team were great. Very responsive, keen and they worked really hard, even in the challenging extreme heat. They're considerate, tidy and thorough. We'd use them again and we're happy to recommend.

Jack was very helpful and explained the repairs needed. Excellent ongoing communication, reliable service and a fair price. I would definitely recommend 5 Star Roofcare.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing service from Jack and 5 Star Roofcare! From start to finish they were polite, prompt and punctual, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. They replaced our entire roof and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. There were no issues whatsoever, and everything was completed exactly as promised. On top of that, they offered incredible value for money — they were actually the cheapest quote we received out of 10 different companies, yet the service and quality were second to none. Jack and his team were professional, hardworking and a pleasure to deal with throughout. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company, I honestly can’t recommend 5 Star Roofcare highly enough. Without a doubt, the best roofing company in Surrey by far!

Jack and his team recently carried out an almost full roof replacement across three separate pitches. This included stripping back the lead gullies and removing all cement tiles and membrane. We had a complex issue caused by poor airflow, resulting in condensation that damaged the roof throughout. We had several roofers come to assess the problem, but we chose Jack because he offered a range of options and had thoroughly researched our condensation issue. He also provided a reasonable and fair price for the work carried out. This included replacing the gullies with a felt system, installing a new breathable membrane, a dry ridge system, Celotex insulation between the rafters, and new tiles. He assigned a number of people to the job, and they were able to complete the work within a few days. It will take some time to know whether the work has fully resolved the condensation issue, but I can’t fault Jack’s willingness to get this problem sorted for us. I would highly recommend 5 star
