   Superb work, Carl and his team did a flat roof replacement at our house in Frimley. Very professional, friendly and explained everything in detail. From the first call to them, to completing the works, they were just great. Completed everything in really good time, very clean and tidy, took photos throughout showing us the different layers.    Very pleased with every aspect of the work from Banks Roofing. Carl was polite, communicative, despite terrible weather and days where no work could be done, Carl was planning ahead and advising what days they would be back. Carl sent photos at various stages to show us the progress and what improvements had been made. Price wise, Banks were not the most expensive or the cheapest quote, but they picked up the faults in our roof that other quotes didn’t, they appeared to be the best all round option. And the new roof came with an insurance backed guarantee. Very very happy to no longer have an old leaking roof thanks to Banks.

   We needed a complete re-roof (160 yr old house with original slates) plus the previous owners had fitted the dreaded foam insulation in the rafters. We were recommended Banks Roofing from a friend. I contacted Carl and he visited the next day to assess. He Promptly provided a detailed quote to remove the foam, clean timbers and install a new roof that was very competitive compared to others and I was impressed with the level of detail he gave in our conversations we had so we went ahead. Him and his team were very professional, on time every day, polite, tidy and happy to answer any questions. Their workmanship is of a very high standard, and they use very good quality materials, which is where many tradesmen cut corners. They also sent regular pictures of what had been done throughout the job, which provided further reassurance having been stung by cowboys before. If you need a new roof and are worried about which firm to choose, I would recommend Carl and his team without hesitation.
