I cannot recommend James and his team enough. Great communication, very fast response to quiet. We were in the middle of selling and the bungalow needed a new roof James moved jobs around to accommodate. The team worked quickly and professional and were very considerate and tidy. His pricing was competitive and he was always responsive to questions.he even sent drone footage of the roofs progress, the whole job was completed within a week. I found James and Astral roofing and through recommendation and would be more than happy to recommend him to anyone considering have there roof done. It’s great to find a professional company that provides great service.

Delayed review - work completed end of January (I just forgot to leave a review). After an unexpected leak in our roof from some really shoddy previous builders, Astral came and were really courteous and professional. They did the work to a really high standard and we can finally use our attic space again. They sorted gulleys, capped the chimney and replaced all the flashing which was falling out.

James and his team were superb throughout my flat roof replacement. When we had a sudden bout of heavy rain, a leak appeared and made us very nervous. I reached out to Astral Roofing & Building (James) who explained the issue. He was transparent about process, options and costs. He sent us a quote with two different options and did not push us into anything. His team came round the next morning to put a temporary cover on to prevent more water coming in until his team were available to undertake work. Within a week our roof was complete, this was amazing considering the weather forecast. Filip and his team arrived and did not stop they worked long hours to ensure the job was finished to a great standard, this included the final day leaving at 18:05 on a Saturday (Valentine’s Day). Throughout the work filip was taking pictures of progress which were relayed to James then quickly forwarded to us along with a phone call explaining what had been done and what was next to do. No payment was required until all work was complete and when we were happy, which put us at ease. The team took rubbish away and after every day left things how they found them. I would happily recommend James and his team to anyone with any roofing issues.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Astral Roofing did on our vintage home in Guildford. From the very first consultation to the final clean-up, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely reassuring. Our house is an older property, so a full roof replacement was something we approached with a lot of care. The Astral Roofing team headed by James showed deep knowledge, respect for the character of the house, and incredible attention to detail throughout the project. They explained every step clearly, worked efficiently, and delivered exactly what they promised, actually better than we expected. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The new roof has completely transformed the look and feel of the house while preserving its original charm. On top of that, the team was punctual, tidy, and a pleasure to deal with, which makes a huge difference during a major renovation. If you see a glowing roof in Guildford and wonder who did it, there’s a good chance it was Astral Roofing. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy roofing professionals. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service and high quality work. James was extremely professional and a very good communicator, with continuous updates, photos and calls. His team were very hardworking and did an absolutely fantastic job. In short notice they built our new roof, facia boards and gutters and we are very happy with the finished job. Would highly recommend them.
