Having used EMS a few years ago I looked them up again for another job knowing that I'd be in very safe hands. The operation is very professional, friendly and transparent; you know exactly where you are and can rely on a job well done. I cannot recommend EMS too highly.

I recently chose EMS to fit a home EV charger and the service I received was excellent. The quote was clear and well explained and the job itself was finished to an excellent standard. The team kept me informed throughout the process and walked me through the setup of the device. They were courteous and tidy. Thank you EMS, I will definitely call you next time I need any electrical work done.

Professional, high quality, quick, friendly, and well priced. I've had a bathroom, bedroom and kitchen rewired/fresh installs done now by EMS and feel very lucky to have found Vicente and his team to have it carried out by. Well priced, good communication, prompt, swift work done by a friendly team of electricians. Any issues you might have down the line, they're over in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

EMS responded to my request on Checkatrade quite promptly and in a personal fashion. After an initial visit to survey the system, we discussed the work in detail and quickly decided of a starting date. Following the survey, and with guidance from Vicente and Matt, I decided for a rewiring of the upstairs and replacement of the fusebox. Despite two of the bedrooms being already refurbished, Matt and his apprentice did a fantastic job! Clean, professional and with zero disruption of the newly finished walls and flooring. Overall, I cannot fault EMS electrical: regular and clear communication from Vicente throughout the project, trustworthy, prompt and courteous. I am planning to use them again in the future without question, for the part 2 of the house refurbishment.

I had a great experience with EMS General Services, Vicente and his team. They were punctual, professional, and clearly took pride in their work from start to finish. They were caring, respectful, and attentive to details, not just ticking boxes but making sure things were done properly. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the work was carried out to a high standard. I would happily recommend EMS General Services to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
