Had several electrical issues to sort out in new home. Looked for NICEIC electricians. PJC easiest to deal with. Office suggested hourly rate visit to start. Helped us to prioritise things to be done initially. Email/message reminders of visit. Electrician arrived as expected. Easy to explain our needs. Completed works, made good and gave advice where couldn't fit the light switch we supplied (we need to order extra part). All in working order and left tidy. Took away hideous old low-hanging light fitting :-) Payment by bank transfer (No dodgy bank codes/Resolut as provided by other builders). Very happy. Thanks

Great service, turned up when expected and resolved the problem with great efficiency and professionalism. Power back on within an hour of arriving after I had been trying for 3 days! Good job.

With very bad timing my home EV charger stopped working at the start of Christmas week. The team at PJC were very helpful and arranged for someone to call the same morning. They quickly found the fault but didn't have a replacement part with them or in stock. The original plan was to get the part delivered to the electricians home address so, if it arrived over the holiday period, they could still come and fit it. However they didn't give up and searched the stores and found the right part that wasn't recorded as being in stock. They then came back to the house and finished the job. Great commitment to customer service from everyone.

PJC’s electrician. Jamie, did an excellent job of isolating and repairing an intermittent fault which affected my housebound mother-in-law’s assistive aids. I am very impressed by their speedy response and the friendly support from Catherine, who answered my call. Thank you so much!

PJC Electrical Services were very helpful and efficient. It was easy to contact them and find a suitable appointment slot, and they kept me updated as to the expected arrival time within that slot.
