It has been an uplifting experience dealing with this obviously customer-centric local company. From initial enquiry with Kim, to Dan, who carried out the survey, guiding us, but never pushy, in choosing the right item for our needs. Sean installed the boiler, and we were impressed with his obvious professionalism. So, Highly Recommended!

Dan was brilliant in repairing our very very old LPG boiler - he sourced an obsolete part and managed to get the old "ideal Mexico" back up and working again. This is particularly appreciated since we are off grid and not in a position to upgrade. Sean replaced a length of external gas pipe work from our LPG tank bringing it up to safe modern standards. Both Dan and Sean were knowledgable, personable, punctual and professional - and we have confidence in the work they have undertaken as being safe and reliable. Ours was a tricky job that went on over a few months due to other upgrades that were needed to our gas tank - Dan was understanding that this took longer than we hoped! Thanks so much - a great local business - run by honest people.

Excellent boiler installation from Dan the Gasman / The Gas Man Group. Our 15-year-old boiler had finally reached the end of its life, so replacing it wasn’t exactly an expense we were looking forward to. However, the team made the whole process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Sam, Dan and Jamie were reliable, friendly and brilliant with communication throughout. They worked incredibly neatly and the finished installation looks fantastic, with beautifully tidy pipework mounted on a backboard showing real pride in their work. Living in a pre-Tudor Grade II listed house built in 1472, heating can be a challenge, but the difference since the new boiler was installed has been remarkable — the house hasn’t felt this warm in at least 15 years. They carried out a full power flush, installed a smart thermostat, and everything comes with a 10-year warranty and service plan for peace of mind. Pricing was also very competitive. If you’re looking for a reliable boiler installation and heating engineer in Hampshire/Surret/South London , I would highly recommend Dan the Gasman / The Gas Man Group. Professional, tidy and excellent service — we’re now wonderfully snug and cosy again.
