£132 just to come out and have alook and do nothing was here 5 mins the £132 was ment to be parts included for 1st hour when it's only a 10 minute job far to expensive they say to use local business but then get ripped off In reply to Ur message the part is a standard apart the engineer told me to go and buy it from screwfix and it's a part which is usually carried on gas and plumbers van as standard Honeywell 3 way valve motor so it could have been done with in the hour I agreed

Very responsive and professional firm. We had an engineer coming out rapidly to our place for some gas work and later on used their services for boiler maintenance as well. The whole team was good and the engineer, Karl has been very helpful, polite, and did good work.

Thanks so much for fitting my new boiler really great company and tidied up afterwards. Fitted me in on a Saturday too - highly recommended professional company.
