⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service – highly recommended! I can’t recommend Kai and his colleague highly enough. They were incredibly helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and working properly. I had a faulty carbon monoxide detector, and they not only fitted a new one but also thoroughly serviced the boiler and checked every appliance to make sure everything was safe. Kai even took the time to set up my thermostat and explain everything to me. The service was professional, thorough and reassuring, and the price was extremely reasonable too. It’s so refreshing to find tradespeople who take such pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I’m extremely happy with the service and would 100% recommend Kai to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and trustworthy plumber. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kai has been working on our property for a number of weeks. We moved into our new home in April and Kai has worked tirelessly on helping us improve the whole system really. From a simple outside tap to water softener system, shower and boiler work. He is a very conscientious worker, good communication and tidy. His work is excellent and made such a difference to our home already. We have no hesitation in recommending Primary Plumbing.

I can't recommend Kai highly enough. He recently installed a new boiler at my 96-year-old mother's house, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience and the quality of work undertaken. Kai is terrific, giving choices of boilers , explaining what he intended to do both with the installation and the power flushing ( think thats the term!) of the system - which was desperately needed. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly respectful throughout the job. His work was of an excellent standard, and he left everything clean and tidy when he finished. Most importantly, he was a genuinely lovely guy . What;s more, the fantastic quality of workmanship comes at a very reasonable price . Needless to say, I wouldn't hesitate to use Kai again or recommend him to others. Many thanks. 6 Stars out of 5

Having recently moved into my new house I had a shopping list of plumbing jobs that needed doing. Kai carried these out efficiently and at a fair price. Great workmanship and I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Another plus point was the use of technology to support the customer experience - eg having an iPad when meeting to discuss the work and the ability to show in real time what the fittings look like and the pricing.

We had a leak in our old water cylinder, and unfortunately previous plumbers weren't able to help properly diagnose or fix the root issue. We found Kai via Checkatrade and he was an absolute gem of a professional! Quick, communicative, patient, knowledgeable! Our water cylinder was a nightmare, really old with horrible pipe work, all rotten under...He put in time to figure it all out, explain it to us and give thorough reccomendations! He got the work done VERY quickly, carefully, and up to safety standards, and left everything super clean👌 Whatever plumbing issue you have, we fully reccomend Kai!
