Arrived on time, diagnosed our problem straight away and left our system running smoothly again! Can’t say that for previous plumbers who have attended our home! Won’t hesitate to recommend and use again! Many thanks! 🌟 😎

We needed a gas hob replaced with an induction hob. A site visit was arranged shortly after initial contact - AJ was very friendly and knowledgeable and advised what the limitations were and what the works would entail. This informed us of the type of induction hob we should purchase. AJ returned following delivery of the new hob to remove the gas hob and install the new induction hob and we are pleased with the results.

Ajay visited our house today and solved the problem with our underfloor heating straight away. We had been trying to find someone to help us for 3 weeks and Ajay was recommended. Well he did not dissapoint....he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He kept in contact with us and got to us a day ahead of schedule. We were so grateful. We had to move our 91 year old mother to our daughters as our ground floor was cold for her and were desperate to get our heating working to move her back. I would highly recommend Ajay from Intercity he definitely deserves the 5 star review.

Ajay is very professional and knowledgeable. He provides comprehensive quotes, talks you through each stage of work / repairs needed and goes above and beyond the expected level of aftercare. He has replaced the boiler and pipework at my house, which was a complex job, and communicated well at each stage where additional issues were discovered and provided permanent solutions to them.

I contacted Ajay and his team to come in and put some very heavy mirrors up. I have 2 young children so safety was important. He was very professional and we talk through lots of ideas. He came up with using certain brackets and ordered them for me. He and his team were friendly, professional and worked quickly and were tidy. I found other jobs for them to do on the day which they happily accepted. They then came back and made a lovely rail for my already established decking. This was done in a day
