Boiler service, cleaned filter. Low pressure. Issue resolved quickly. Very knowledgeable and explains the work in detail.

We are very grateful to have found an engineer we can truly rely on. Our boiler wasn’t firing and after getting misleading advice from an emergency engineer (whom we will give feedback to), we thought we’d get a second opinion and so glad we did! Thank you for saving us from a cold house (it snowed the next day). We felt very fortunate now we know who to call for future gas safety and/or boiler services.

Absolutely brilliant service from this company. Came out on Christmas eve as an emergency, sorted the issue. Unfortunately needed a new boiler. They gave me a quote, and fitted the new boiler, working until 9pm so I could have heating and hot water. So respectful of my home. Explained all what they were doing. Highly recommend this company. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I have used Quadrant for the gas leak I have had in my flat. I called and got through to Ahmed and he came out within an hour to see me. He was kind kind and courteous and explained everything to me what he was going to do. He did not rush in any way and I am very grateful to him for putting me at ease! He returned with his equally nice and through colleague who repaired the broken gas pipe by installing another one and they did a FANTASTIC job! I finally have heating and hot water again! I need a new boiler at some point and I will be using Quadrant Heating Elextrics & Plumbing for that and also the toilet issue I have, I will be contacting them again. I recommend them to anyone who wants a through, fair and top notch repair doing to their heating & plumbing in their home! I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you guys!
