New Boiler Installation: Although this is a long-overdue and belated review of our gas boiler installation (apologies to Therm Heat Ltd), it also gives us the opportunity to provide an update on the operation of the boiler. Back in May, we finally decided to employ the services of Therm Heat to remove our old boiler, to fit a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 15Ri boiler, replace the existing timer and thermostat with a Hive wireless system, carry out a power flush of the central heating system plus resolve some other plumbing issues. From our very first meeting with Steve (company director), we felt confident that Therm Heat would provide a professional and friendly service. This feeling was reinforced by all the forms of communication we had with the Company, especially with the kind, efficient and understanding assistance offered by Louise, the Operations Manager. Once our boiler installation was booked, we were kept fully informed about the whole process, including how we needed to prepare beforehand and guidance for the personal finance option we had chosen. Over the two days that the engineer was on site (22-23 May) everything progressed extremely smoothly. Nathan was very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of the work that had to be completed. He made sure that we understood exactly what he hoped to achieve over each day, and explained what he was doing in clear and helpful terms; he was very approachable and listened carefully when we had questions. It was a pleasure having Nathan in our home and he made sure that the kitchen area – where the boiler was fitted – was left spotless. When he left on the second day, we were confident that all the work had been carried out professionally and to a high standard. We were very pleased with the whole installation and we continue to see the benefits of that work. Within days we received all the necessary documentation for the boiler installation, including the Worcester Bosch registration and guarantee certificate. Thank you again, Louise. Thermheat installed our boiler eight years ago and have serviced it annually ever since. The latest service was this week. To say they are absolutely superb, is an understatement! The team are trustworthy, reliable and professional. They did a great job this week and left the space just as tidy as when they arrived. They were quiet whilst working which meant I could jump on Teams meetings, make phone calls and concentrate on my own work without any disruption. They remind us annually when the service is due and let us know of any extra maintenance work recommended by the manufacturer. We find this so helpful - we’d just lose track of it all otherwise. I wouldn’t hesitate for even a second to recommend these guys!

Excellent service from start to finish. Nathan arrived on time, clearly explained the problem and fixed it efficiently leaving the area clean and tidy. I also want to mention Louise in the office that understood the work that needed doing and was transparent with the price for for the job she was so helpful and booked me in for the first available time slot.
