Rich was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He really took the time to fix my boiler issues and service it for me. He explained everything and sent photos of what the issues were and what was replaced - he also explained the process and safety issues detail. Highly recommend him and will only use him now! He understands that people want to be safe and not have to worry about gas safety. Very reassuring, thank you.

We have used Richard from Eversafe Plumbing a couple of times now. He is punctual, courteous, works quickly and cleanly. Richard fixed an issue we had been having with noisy plumbing. After other plumbers had been unable to fix the problem, Richard quickly identified the issue and repaired it. The only issue in leaving a positive review is that he will be in demand and will be booked up for weeks at a time. The price of success 🙂

Rich was actually recommended to my wife and I through another tradesman who had done some work for my parents. We needed some work done to our bathroom including tiling, installation of a new shower, tap and bath screen. Rich reached out to us initially, I described the job which he understood and came back with a detailed quote with options for parts. Once options were locked in, we agreed the date for the work and on the day he turned up he was punctual. He explained that he would do the tiling on the first day and we arranged for home to come back to finish the grouting and shower installation. The other thing that stood out is the organisation of the way he works, I’ve had experiences of tradespeople that cause such a mess. All in all, Rich did a great job, the work was completed on time and a high standard. I would recommend him highly for tiling and bathroom installations.

We have found the holy grail- a great plumber - reliable, prompt, great at what he does with fair pricing. We have used Richard for refreshing bathrooms, fixing boilers, sorting out old pipe work and installing a new water tank. Utterly trust worthy and pragmatic- can’t ask for more from a skilled tradesman.

I can throughly recommend Richard. He has serviced our boiler over several years, fixed issues and installed Hive thermostats. He is great to work with, always polite and considerate. He is reliable, knowledgeable and his charges are very reasonable. 👍
