Flowtech did a great job replacing a toilet flush system. They responded to my request very quickly. There were then numerous difficulties in accessing it the water supply in the flats which they took in their stride.

Had no hot water, called managing agent, Flowtech came to assess what the issue was - both thermostats and heating elements had given up - parts ordered - Jimmy turned up today and got it all replaced in less than an hour. Tob job and I now have hot water and had a lovely shower 😁

I was having an issue with another heating firm and tried to contact them via Facebook. I think it was Neil that commented trying to help sort the issue for my mum who had no heating over xmas, just to be helpful. An engineer from Flowtech visited and diagnosed the problem, that the installation firm said it couldn't possibly be. The boiler supplier came out for free and fixed the fault. Thanks for saving the day! Super easy firm to deal with. Got a quote to replace a radiator over email in a rental I own, where other firms all needed to visit to quote.

Thank you so much for the two heating engineers who came round yesterday to change the boiler here, they did an absolutely excellent job not just quick and efficient but also incredibly tidy and explained everything along the way. Really impressed. The fact that he came back this morning to change the control box that needed doing as well was doubly impressive - not just considering it’s a Saturday - but the fact that he talked me through programming the whole thing and was really quick. Fantastic service, always a rare treat nowadays.

Had a great experience with flowtech, I initially got them to service my boiler, and recently replaced the boiler due to a defect in the case. In both visits they arrived on time and carried out the work well and cleanly. Follow up from Neil was swift and they were able to fit in my work quickly.
