Boiler service & faulty radiator check. Martin serviced our boiler and resolved the radiator issue swiftly. After leaving a 2nd radiator issue appeared. Recontacted company and the team returned the following day to resolve again. Great service and we now have Peace of Mind going into the upcoming winter. Good reliable service by a company I thoroughly recommend. Reasonable price for the service and additional checks resolved without charge.

I recently had my heating system upgraded to a combi boiler, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The team was not only skilled and efficient but also exceptionally kind and accommodating. They took the time to ensure everything was done right, even staying late to complete the job fully. The quality of their work and their dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of plumbing or heating work!

Martin and Craig definitely came to my rescue. Having been left without heating or hot water for four weeks by someone else. They came to try and sort the problem out. They went above and beyond in trying to give us some hot water till they could get the new boiler in place. They were kind and courteous, clean and tidy at all times. Gave us all the relevant information so we could make the right choice for our home. A huge thank you to them both.

After years of struggling with our heating, calling out other plumbing companies for them to all say they wouldn’t do anything due to the age of our system, we gave IRPD a try. The guys were very thorough and got on with the work straight away. Communication was very good, explaining, showing us the problem and what they were doing regularly. Cannot recommend IRPD enough!! We wont hesitate to use them again in the future. To top it all off they were very reasonably priced.

Andy and his team did a great job with replacing a water tank in the loft with a pressurised hot water tank, amongst other bits and bobs. Really lovely guys who do a proper job and really helpful with advice and honest opinion. So good to find such professional tradesmen.
