Fabian was absolutely outstanding from start to finish with my bathroom renovation. He explained everything so clearly and handled all the organising — tiler, decorator, the lot — which took every bit of stress off my shoulders. The finished bathroom is even better than I imagined, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the result.

I had a great experience with Fabian of Parisi Heating and Plumbing, who recently replaced my boiler and also fixed a couple of taps and a radiator valve in my home. He was extremely punctual, very communicative throughout the whole process, and worked efficiently and professionally. Everything was done to a high standard, and he left the place tidy and clean afterwards. I’m really happy with the service and feel like I’ve finally found a plumber I can truly rely on. Highly recommended!

I was lucky to have Fabian install central heating in my home over 10 years ago, and he has carried out the annual boiler service ever since. He has also done remedial kitchen sink plumbing work to rectify problems resulting from poor installation by someone far less competent than him. I have no hesitation in recommending Fabian. He's always punctual, courteous, cheerful and professional. You can tell that he takes pride in doing a good job and that his customers matter to him.

First class from Fabian. Phoned him to discuss our situation and get some advice on a faulty boiler. Just straightforward honest advice and always responsive. Ended up needing the boiler replaced at short notice and he was super speedy working in a tricky space. All clean and tidy and back up and running in a day.

Fabian is a true gem and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I wish all tradespeople were like him - professional, trustworthy, reliable and with an amazing work ethic. We’d already had two plumbers visit before Fabian and neither could identify / resolve the issue. Fabian took the time to talk through things with me on the phone beforehand, he fitted us in at short notice, turned up when he said he would. He worked quickly and diligently, explained things clearly and answered all my questions. He was thorough and took great pride in his work. I am so impressed and he will be my first port of call for all future plumbing / heating issues. Highly recommended.
