I contacted Gary after finding we had no heating or hot water. We have a Megaflo system which Gary was familiar with, he quickly identified that our pump had likely gone and required replacement. Gary provided a quote and came to us, working around our schedule. The job was completed efficiently and to a good standard, Gary also offered some advice and explained how the system operates which was greatly appreciated. I would gladly have Gary return to service and repair our heating system in the future as well as recommend Apex Plumber LTD to friends and family. Thanks Gary

Visiting my elderly relative recently, I discovered that there was a water leak in the property. Luckily, I discovered a business card for Gary and gave him a call. Delighted to be answered quickly and asked t(rough the issues with him. Found him very easy and straight forward. He offered an appointment In reasonably quick time. On the day, communicated with me and updated timings accordingly. Leak was resolved and subsequent advice given as to the causes. I commend Gary for his communication protocols, and his work ethic. A pleasure to have found him and experience such great customer service.

Professional, friendly, and transparent with pricing. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely use him again.

I have recently replaced my boiler and couldn’t be happier with the service from Gary (APEX Plumber Ltd). His work was excellent, extremely tidy, and completed at a very reasonable cost. He was professional throughout, explained everything clearly, and ensured the area was spotless once the job was finished. I’m really pleased with the result and would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy gas engineer. A top‑quality job from start to finish.
