   It started well. Neil answered the phone on a Saturday and came round on the Monday to look at the problem we were having with our hot water. He seemed to fix it and I paid him on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning it was clear that the problem had not been fixed and I contacted Neil in good faith. Since then he has not responded to any texts I sent or voicemails. No communication at all.
