Called Douglas after seeing such positive reviews, he came to sort no water coming out of the shower head, It was my shower mixer bar that was the problem, Douglas ordered the unit like for like and once he received it he came back to refit it. He was polite and friendly, clean and tidy, very happy and would use again. Thank you Douglas

I have used Douglas for a previous job and was happy to call him when I had an emergency leak from my loft. He came promptly to stop the leak and returned asap to make a permanent repair. Douglas is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him.

Douglas came and fixed our toilet. He was very conscientious about the best way to tackle the job. He repaired it in the least invasive way. He has also fitted some new taps in the kitchen. Extremely happy with all the work he’s done.

Douglas fixed a problematic toilet that previous repairs had bodged. I appreciated his explanation as to what he would need to do to rectify the problem. He was polite, hardworking, came out when he said he would and was affordable. Would totally recommend him!

Douglas did a very high quality job fixing our toilet, installing a new extractor fan & fixing a light switch. I found him online and decided to go with him because he had so many positive reviews. I can see why now! He was very friendly, reliable, quick & tidy. He’s very quick to respond to messages as well so I’ll definitely be using him again for future work and can highly recommend.
